For pitchers, their achievement score is based on a different formula that takes into account their wins, losses, saves, personal awards (similar as for batters, plus the Cy Young and Rolaids Relief Man awards), and earned run average. Team achievement scores are based on the number of wins that season with bonuses for post-season achievements: 10, 20, 30, and 40 for winning a wildcard, division, pennant, and World Series respectively.
