Surprisingly for the 21 Far West colleges that are Roman Catholic, U of Portland is the only one that has its top Masters major in education, even though 459 colleges overall (14.7%) have their top Masters major in education.

Top majors are the ones that have the most conferred degrees. If it says "is in" rather than just "is", then various top majors were combined into a new attribute.
